Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe in EUR. We do not store your card data.
Stripe or your preferred method (e.g., Revolut, Alipay, MobilePay, iDEAL, etc.) may send a purchase receipt via email.
Our website also issues invoices, but Stripe receipts are considered primary.
Coaching Sessions
Delivered via Facebook Messenger (text-only)
Available in English & Romanian
Each session = 30 minutes minimum
You must be 21+ to book
NO LIVE video/audio options due to coach's hearing limitations
Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds after a session or package starts
Missed or late sessions = no reschedule unless notified at least 24 hours in advance
Rescheduling depends on availability
Client Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for decisions and actions based on coaching.
Coaching is not therapy or medical advice.
Any impersonation or abuse = reported immediately.
Confidentiality
Sessions are confidential.
No permission to share screenshots or transcripts.
Messenger’s privacy policy applies.

7. Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, printables, coloring pages, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.
By purchasing, you agree the sale is final.

The ESW Print Shop operates under the Eternal Soul Writer brand as a Print-on-Demand (POD) service.
All physical products (e.g., mugs, shirts, tote bags, aprons, and accessories) are created and fulfilled by a third-party production partner once an order is placed and payment is completed.
Production & Fulfillment
Each item is made to order and produced after payment confirmation.
Fulfillment and delivery time frames vary by product and region.
If multiple items are ordered together, shipping follows the longest time frame among them.
To receive items faster, customers may place separate orders.
Customer Responsibility
By purchasing through the ESW Print Shop, you acknowledge and agree to:
